A delicious masterpiece of psychological thrillerdom! I was immediately drawn in and charmed by the delightful Reese and her wonderful bakery. I found it easy to picture the scene and was delighted for Reese when Tucker swept her off her feet. All a bit fast, super romantic, too good to be true…nah of course not.
So when loves young dream – handsome, polite, thoughtful and rich – Tucker and Reese start planning their wedding they seem to be a match made in heaven, apart from that one teeny tiny niggle when Tucker won’t talk to Reese about his ex.
Things take a darker turn when Reese starts receiving threatening messages and it soon becomes clear that not everything is as it seems. But who can she trust?
The secrets in this one are locked down tight and I was doubting the most illogical of people as the book began to wind up to the climax.
Overall, Sweet Little Lies was a really exciting and engaging read and I will be looking out for more from Leah Cupps. My thanks to Zooloos Book Tours, the author and Inkubator Books for my place on this book tour.
