How to Disappear by Gillian McAllister

5 Stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After a certain point this book is absolutely impossible to put down!

I was utterly fascinated by by the witness protection side of things, it’s so easy to see how practically impossible it would be not to just send that one text…

I was second guessing everything with this story – some I got right, some I didn’t but I was captivated throughout and can’t praise Gillian McAllister enough for creating such a deeply engrossing read.

If you like all consuming, heart in the mouth, thrillers and are looking for some true escapism from what’s going on outside right now, THIS is the book for you!

Blurb: You can run, you can hide, but can you disappear for good?

Lauren’s daughter Zara witnessed a terrible crime. But speaking up comes with a price, and when Zara’s identity is revealed online, it puts a target on her back.

The only choice is to disappear.

From their family, their friends, even from Lauren’s husband.

No goodbyes. Just new names, new home, new lives.

One mistake – a text, an Instagram like – could bring their old lives crashing into the new.

As Lauren will learn, disappearing is easy.
